Mail Server Connection Issues
If for whatever reason any of the mail servers lose connection within fresh Service, please follow the below. The easiest fix is to delete the connection and add it back in. Be sure to make a note of the current configuration settings before deleting the connection.
Please note, the support@empiric.co.uk mail server connection is the primary connection.
You are likely to receive an error as shown below, on any page with Fresh at the top of the page as a banner.


1. Click on Review from the alert, this will take you to the page showing all mail server connections. You can also go into admin settings, then search for mail server settings.
2. find the relevant mail server connection, then hit the bin icon towards the right of the tile, see highlighted below.

3. Select "New Email Settings" as shown below then add in the new email connection.

4. If you need to the amend any connection as the primary mail server, then hover over the blank space to the left of the mail server name and you will get the primary support email option pop. Change from here.
